CYVRA – California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) Addendum

Executing the Addendum

Customers who require a CPRA Addendum may request it as part of their service agreement with CYVRA. Execution requires:

• Completion of the signature fields and any requested Customer details.
• Return of the signed Addendum to CYVRA. Once accepted and signed by CYVRA, the Addendum is fully effective.

Scope of the Addendum

This Addendum governs only the processing of Personal Information of California residents that falls within the scope of the CPRA. It applies exclusively where CYVRA acts as a Service Provider to the Customer under California law.
